Dr. Gohar Ghushchyan-Tigranyan is the founder of Little Hands Big Dreams Pediatric Therapy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), then completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at A.T. Still University. Her doctoral research explored the lived experiences of mothers with spinal cord injuries, giving her a deep, family-centered perspective on care.

Gohar's vision for Little Hands Big Dreams is to empower children and families to reach their fullest potential while creating a supportive and flexible workplace where therapists can grow professionally and thrive personally.

Driven by a strong sense of curiosity, Gohar continually studies new research and treatment methods to better support children and their families. She completed post-professional training in Ayres Sensory Integration® through CLASI and is qualified to administer both the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT) and the Evaluation in Ayres Sensory Integration (EASI). Gohar is also trained in DIR® Floortime and the Therapeutic Listening® Program, which she thoughtfully incorporates to support the whole child across home, school, and community life.

Outside the clinic, she is a mother of two who loves ballet and cherishes time with her children and husband.

Noelle earned her undergraduate degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), then completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Stanbridge University. Noelle is certified and trained in the AEIOU Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding, SOS Approach to Feeding, and Size Matters Handwriting Program. She has introductory background in sensory processing, visual processing, DIR Floortime, Interoception Curriculum, and The Learn Play Thrive Approach to Autism. Noelle utilizes strengths-based and family-centered approaches to support children and their families. Outside the clinic, she likes to spend time with her husband, dog, and friends. Noelle is currently learning music, specifically theory, piano, and voice.
